I am cleaning out my juwel rio 240 tank and cannot get behind the filter box in the corner. I really need to get the dirt out from each side and cant get to it.
Does anyone know if you are able to remove the box to clean or how I can do it without removing??

Thanks Emma

How does "dirt" get in there?

If is it just mulm, can you siphon it into a bucket with a length of air tubing? If it is algae, can you use a long handled bottle brush:

...or one of the flexible ones for filter intake tubes? http://www.marinedepot.com/IMD/eh_flex_brush.jpg
