This is probably a dumb question but is it possible to keep guppies, swords and platies in a brackish tank? We are moving to a new house in a week and we plan to convert one of our tanks to brackish for the mollies and gobies. I would like to keep my livebearers together if possible.

I don't know about the swords, (take Jessica's word on that), but guppies can defintaely thrive in BW (brackish water). I've kept several of them in BW, and they did great.
