ruby shark died cause unknown?

help ruby shark died,was a very lively and healthy fish but last week always seemed to be hiding and not chasing other fish as usual, found at the surface
completely upside down unable right itself for a few hours then died,no visible signs of any disease?

• Not enough information on water parameters. Nitrates? PH? Water change? New tank? New fish? Fish that die from stress often do not show signs of disease.
