Simple question. How do you get the zucchini to sink? all
mine does is float. I've seen them in fish stores sitting
at the bottom. Whats the trick? Thanks

You can microwave a slice for about 30 seconds - that helps
some. I sometimes stick one of those lead ties (the
kind you find around bunched plants)through the zucchini.
Works just fine.

buy it in those frozen bags. they usually sink after they
thaw.
or you can blanch them. dip them in boiling water for a
few seconds and they should sink afterward.

I just take a plant wire(cheap at LPS) and put it
around a piece. That weights it down so it doesn't float
around.
