Kashans' Tank

I'm Kashan from Johannesburg South Africa, I have 2 tanks and I'm trying very hard to keep it to only 2 (MTS has me bad). The first was a hand me down from a friend who left the country; its a 15gl open top tropical tank. I had to redo all the decor when i got it as she preferred the neon gravel and miniature egyptian pyramids and sphinx look which I was not too fond of. Here are the pics of it in its more natural attire:
The fish in the 15gl are:
  • 2 bolivian rams
  • 3 tiger barbs (were 5 but 2 were murdered by these 3)
  • 2 Mollys (mollys are tank bred and been kept with out salt forever)
  • 1 Platy
  • 1 Dwarf Gourami
  • 2 Albino Cory Cats
  • 1 Bornze cory cat
  • 1 x-ray tetra (left over from the original school my friend bought 4 years ago when she got the tank)

The next tank I bought second hand through the junk mail and I'm extremely proud of' as it cost me in total (including livestock and plants) to set up less then $140. This tank is a subtropical tank to keep down costs (its summer here in South Africa so no heater currently). Here is my 30gl 3 foot long tank. The tank's in a skinny room so I can't get far enough back to get the whole tank in view with the camera. I plan on getting a heater for winter to keep the temperature around 20 to 21 degrees Celsius.
