20 Gallon reef for a singles species tank, though with their independent nature larger is always better.
Omnivorous: Feeds chiefly on small invertebrates in nature, and are usually very picky, expecting specifically: vitamin-enriched live brine shrimp, live black worms, harpacticoud copeopods, fish eggs, ostracods, and natural prey on live rock and live sand.
A peaceful species that won't harass or harm others.

Requires saltwater and reef-like conditions with lots of mixed hiding and open areas.
Can be housed with other peaceful saltwater and reef fish.
